By accessing or using Total Data Collection you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Purchases:
    • If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the TDC, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, and phone number. All payments will be made using Paypal.
    • When you purchase a PAID version of any of TDC assessments, you will receive unlimited access to all the categories within the target area (e.g. Phonics/Decoding, Vocabulary, etc.) for a one-time fees.
    • As a paid user, you agree that your account will be accessed and used by only you. Sharing your access with others is a violation of the Terms, and will result in loss of access to TDC as well as potential legal implications.
  • Changes:
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
